The Canadian Water Network is looking for partners from water policy and management organizations that would like to become involved and co-invest in research projects.
By becoming a partner with CWN you will help develop research projects that address your specific water management needs. You will also work closely with peers and other organizations that face similar challenges, that are interested in similar outcomes and with whom you can share your experiences and pool investments.
CWN’s research programs respond to the expressed needs of those tackling real-world water management challenges. We help to develop communities of practice among water managers and policy-makers with a common interest in applying research.
Involvement in CWN research projects will provide you with practical and implementable research that enlightens investment strategies, policy decisions, best practices, procedures, and technology and service development.
We recently received expressions of interest from the Canadian research community in two areas — municipal water management and source water protection.
If you are interested in advancing practice in these areas and in exploring research co-investment opportunities with other partners, we invite you to participate in our partner-to-research matching forum.
